Plasma Profiling (UK) is a DTi Science & Technology award winning company manufacturing a range of self contained computerised dual drive plasma cutting machines employing the latest digital motion control system that includes integral CAD/CAM software, collision avoidance and operates a non-contact cutting technique.

These machines are also available with an optional advanced fume extraction / filtration unit fitted.

The company was formed in 1999 and has invested heavily in research and development programs involving experimental designs that included PLC controllers, stepper drives, single and dual transmission systems the innovative results of which provide the essence of our current production equipment.

Plasma Profiling (UK) is actively engaged in accessing several overseas opportunities while remaining committed to servicing the home trade market. After sales care is fundamental to us; the company strives to use the latest electronic technologies to achieve this.
