 | Control Software
The operating language is flexible and will accept additional customised variants to normal NC codes or as few as are required for the application due to it's free format facility. The software employs the familiar Windows Edit command structures, (Select, Cut, Copy, Paste, Find, Replace) which when combined with the File commands makes it easy to use.
Positioning
A max. of 16 axes may be controlled that can be include any combination of step, servo, AC, or DC motors
Programmable Logic Controller
An integrated PLC capable of monitoring digital or analogue i/o's at 100 Hz. The digital i/o's can be in arrangements of 8 while analogue i/o's can be up to 16.
Interface
The software is equipped with .dxf and HPGL format compatibility as standard and uses this facility to provide fast, smooth part-program generation. This enables most leading CAD/CAM files to be exchanged and recognised seamlessly.
