Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on those items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have completed your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Our current accepted payment method is cheque with order.
Shipping And Handling
Mail Order and Parcel Post from the United Kingdom free on orders over £100 GBP. There is a minium postal charge for all other orders £15.
Other products requiring FOB shipping via Commercial Freight Forwarders.
Shipping Agents will be advised on a destination basis.
It is our company's policy to ensure safe, fast and economic shipping to all destinations wit progress tracking at all times.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your mail order from stock right away. We will normally send small parts orders to you in 2 business days .
Larger components requiring export transit and insurance documentation requires an additional day.
International orders are generally delivered to you in under 10 days from order clearance. Our normal delivery on capital items is 6 - 8 wweks and are subject to prevailing influences at the date of order. We will advise you at contract stage.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We can arrange special delivery for urgent items.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
