The new SL100™ 1Torch™ RPT (Replacement Plasma Torch) from Thermal Dynamics® Automation works on virtually any plasma cutting system and features a unique Total Gas Management™ design.
The Total Gas Management™ design eliminates the need for a gas distributor or swirl ring in the SL100 torch. Each tip is uniquely tuned to optimise cut performance at its rated cutting current. The result is longer consumable parts life and better cut performance across the entire range of 1Torch tips. 1Torch incorporates Thermal Dynamics' SureLok® Technology. It works with high frequency start systems, CD start systems, touch start systems and moving parts (blow back) start systems.
Equipped with an innovative, easy-to-remove 32-pitch gear rack, the phenolic positioning tube easily adapts to any 1-3/8" torch holder. An ATC™ (Advanced Torch Connector) quick disconnect option makes it a simple task to convert from machine torch to hand torch and back again.
Thermal Dynamics Automation has released a full-colour, six-page brochure that highlights features and benefits of the SL100 1Torch. Included in the brochure is a simple selection guide listing specific power supplies and corresponding adapter kits which allow SL100 installation.
